Gold LEED

This newly built home by Graulich Builders in 2008, was an Award Winning home for Best Green Built Home over 2500 square feet from the Home Builders Association. The clients and Graulich Builders designed this home together and went through the rigorous inspections and certifications of LEED, making this home the first LEED certified home in Rehoboth and the first Gold LEED certified home in Delaware.

Even though we do not often build with the LEED certification, we have taken those energy efficient and sustainable building practices and utilize them in our standard construction.
