Atracare, Rehoboth Beach

Completed in 2025, this 9,100 square foot facility brings modern outpatient care to Sussex County, Delaware. Patient exam rooms line the building's perimeter, surrounding a centralized administrative hub, while a mezzanine level above provides additional meeting space. Distinctive features of this commercial build include skylights that fill the interior with natural light, durable Accoya wood siding with a refined modern aesthetic, and an acoustical roof deck that provides built-in sound control, creating a calm environment within Southern Delaware's newest modern medical facility.

A 75,000 sq. ft. storage facility built for the future- featuring Bluetooth unit access, climate control, and a sleek, modern office space. The first floor is now home to the Graulich Builders headquarters, making this project a personal milestone as well as a community asset. Community Bank, Rehoboth Beach

Completed in 2021, this 3,110-square-foot commercial build delivers modern banking space along Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach. The exterior features durable Nichia fiber cement siding, combining low-maintenance performance with a clean, professional look suited to a high-visibility location. Inside, acoustical ceilings, including suspended tile systems and Acoustibuilt cloud panels, enhance both function and design in the lobby and workspaces.
