Purchase and Feasibility Consultation
Whether you are considering the building of a new home, or renovating an existing home, our team will help you visualize the possibilities to suit your lifestyle. We will provide preliminary estimated construction costs and the options you might want to consider, to best accomplish your design goals, and we will help you value engineer to best manage your budgetary expectations.
Architectural Planning
Graulich Builders is a Design/Build company, so we offer and can provide you with full architectural and structural engineering services. From our initial schematic design, all the way through construction permit documents, our knowledge and experienced team are here to listen to your ideas, concepts and dreams, and provide you with a full 3D model and renderings for your project. Our level of involvement and hands-on approach will best enable you to realize your project goals with creating a construction plan that has been fully value engineered along the way.
Project Budgeting
We work extensively throughout the planning and construction process, respecting your budget requirements and offering cost-saving suggestions along the way. Providing preliminary design estimates and a firm budget based on construction plans will help guide your design and selection decisions. Our purchasing power and bidding process results in the best price and quality balance for our clients.
Specifications and Selections
We have all heard stories about how the list of finish decisions can be overwhelming. Graulich Builders will lead you through the selections process in an organized and design-savvy manner. Our state of the art online portal program, CoConstruct, links our clients and our team together, to help our clients keep up with the status of their projects, and relieves the potential stressful selection process. Our talented team will work hard with you to keep you on schedule and within budget while making sure the design and quality are not sacrificed. We also provide design services with our construction bid, or we can work seamlessly with your interior decorator/designer to help simplify the process
Construction Process
We employ the best in the business, and our subcontractors and suppliers know that we have high expectations for our level of work and customer service. Higher standards and quality materials result in homes that require less repair and maintenance. We are dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our clients throughout the construction phase, and to also ensure the process goes smoothly for your neighbors. Our highly skilled and professional Project Managers are on site daily for quality control, management, scheduling and interaction with our team, and our clients.
