From the involvement of Our Team, to the dedicated team of professionals that work for us, we try to make each project a unique experience for the client.

Nate is very hands on and always on site looking after each project like his own. “I truly believe that Client First in this business goes a long way. From the initial meeting, through the design and build, and the lasting relationships that follow. I push and instill this belief in each of my team members and partners, to follow through and make sure our Clients are number one.”

Leon Thompson, Estimator

At an early age, Leon had an interest in building and how buildings were constructed, particularly homes. His Dad was a mechanical engineer, and his Grandfather was a carpenter, so the interest in building and construction was in the family.

Working as a laborer in the construction industry, in his late teens, gave Leon an appreciation of what is involved in constructing a building. All the trades communicating and working together made a successful project. His path pursuing this career started in the field of architecture. Leon attended Delaware Technical & Community College and then continued at Drexel University and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree.

After working in the architectural field for over 20 years, his career path changed and brought him into the construction industry. Having worked the past 15 years as a project manager and an estimator in the construction field, Leon’s experience in the architectural field really helped him understand the entire building process from pre-design to project delivery.

The unique experience of working in both the architectural and construction fields has enabled him to communicate with both the client and the contractors onsite. Using good communication skills with the client and the contractors, along with an understanding of the design and building process has been key to providing complete and accurate project estimates.

“With a love for the outdoors and being a hands-on type of person, being the estimator allows you to see the project in the various stages of completion. It is truly an amazing experience to be able to see the project start at the design phase, visit the site during the building process, and then walk through the completed home.”
